About the Client
Arkadia Beverages is a well-established Australian beverage manufacturer supplying cafes, hospitality venues and wholesale distributors nationally.
While the brand was recognised within existing networks, digital discovery among new wholesale buyers and distributors was limited.
The Challenge
Organic search performance was dominated by branded queries, meaning:
- new buyers already needed to know Arkadia to find them
- category-level searches were being captured by competitors
- SEO was not supporting wholesale pipeline growth
Arkadia needed to increase discovery among buyers searching by product type, use case and supplier category, not brand name.

- how cafes, distributors and hospitality buyers search when sourcing suppliers
- aligning SEO with wholesale buying language and intent
- ensuring the site structure supported scalable product and category growth

We analysed how buyers search for beverage suppliers, by product type, application and venue need and built SEO architecture around those behaviours.
Structural & Technical Optimisation
Site structure was refined to clearly signal category relevance to search engines while improving navigation for wholesale buyers.
Content Realignment
Product and category pages were enhanced to address buyer questions around sourcing, consistency, supply reliability and usage — not just product features.
Performance Measurement
SEO success was measured on non-branded discovery and enquiry quality, not just traffic growth.
On top of this we also did some good old fashioned SEO, adding rich keywords (researched and mapped) to new huge of their product pages online, from Syrups to Teas, Recipes and much more.
Outcomes
At the end of Q2 in 2025, just on one year after starting, we saw these key results:
- A whopping 82% increase in Organic Search (SEO) Traffic for Q2 in 2025, versus the same time last year.
- Hundreds of new ranks on the first page of Google, equating to 123% improvement year-on-year.
